Personal Training
Personal training (1-on-1) is exactly that, IT'S PERSONAL! 30-45-60 minutes dedicated strictly to you. You have the ability to connect with one of our coaches on more of a personal level, where they will learn everything about you and your likes/dislikes. Personal training is great for everyone, especially those who are new on their fitness journeys and may be intimidated by working out with other people. This is not a class, you do not need to do what everyone else is doing or feel the pressure to keep up. Each workout is personalized and tailored specifically for you at your given training level.
Partner Training
Partner training (2-on-1) the perfect blend between a personal session and a social workout! 30-45-60 minutes dedicated strictly to you. You have the ability to connect with one of our coaches on more of a personal level, where they will learn everything about you and your likes/dislikes. Partner training is great for everyone, especially those who are new on their fitness journeys and may be intimidated by working out with many other people. This is not a class, you do not need to do what everyone else is doing or feel the pressure to keep up. Each workout is personalized and tailored specifically for you at your given training level.
Adult Small Group Training
Do you want to be a part of a team and train with like-minded, motivated, and positive people?! Then Adult Small Group Training is for you! Be a part of a team that is built in the gym but extends into all facets of life, both socially and even business oriented. Our Small Group Training enables adults to experience personal training, at 35% of the cost, within a group setting. Each class allows for 4-7 members to ensure proper instruction to each individual for the full 60 minutes. Here at Vision, we offer a multitude of classes Monday through Saturday to suit everyone’s likes and needs, from total body strength training to high intensity interval training. All workouts and exercises can be modified for those who have restrictions, or progressed for those who want more of a challenge. Regardless of your skill level, beginner or advanced, we can accomodate you and make you a part of our TEAM. Check out our class schedule on MINDBODY for more details on when each class is available.
Individual Sports Performance
Here at Vision, our roots began with and we still pride ourselves with one-on-one personal training. This allows our coaches to connect with the athlete so they have a more personal experience. One-on-one training can benefit all, but especially those who are new to training, as is highly recommended for such athletes. Our coaches are able to dedicate a full 60 minutes on one athlete’s every rep, cueing them along the way. Athletes will learn how to master the basic movements and progress along their training program. One-on-one training also gives the athlete more freedom when scheduling their appointment, as opposed to set class hours.
Small Group Sports Performance
Our Small Group Sports Performance classes are each 60 minutes and consist of 3-6 athletes per session. This enables our coaches to have a constant watch on everyone’s form and gives them the ability to manage the hour seamlessly. Prior to starting a program, each athlete must partake in a FREE comprehensive total body assessment to establish a baseline of training ability. The assessment will focus on strengths, weakness, mobility, balance, joint function, and core strength. Upon completing the assessment, the appropriate training program will be assigned to that individual athlete based on their specific goals and areas to improve.
All workouts from the start of the program to completion will be logged and tracked on our app TEAMBUILDR, to ensure that athletes are progressing properly. Workouts will include the proper warm-up, corrective, injury prevention, and strength exercises, as well as cool-down mobility, and homework on their own.
Here at Vision, we train athletes of all sports and skill levels. Our athletes all train as one team, regardless of school, age, or sport. By having a digital training platform, viewable via cell phone, a middle school novice lifter can train with a collegiate athlete by having their own program and weights unique to them. What separates Vision is a positive team atmosphere that enables student athletes to thrive and be excited about training.
