How often should I exercise?
While there's no one-size-fits-all solution, a committed athlete will typically exercise between 3 and 5 times a week with beginners easing in on the lower end to develop a cadence and more seasoned athletes on the upper end and beyond. We're happy to help guide you towards establishing an exercise cadence based on your current fitness and your goals.
Am I healthy enough for exercise?
While it's wise to always consult a doctor before engaging in new types of physical activity, let's have a chat! Everybody is unique and will have a custom starting point on their journey. No matter where you are in life, we can help you take steps towards your fitness goals.
How do I put on muscle?
It's not rocket science! The key is a combination of resistance training and a well-balance diet consuming adequate macros for your body weight and goals. On the strength training front, ensuring you're working out with a purpose and targeting specific muscle groups is important. In the kitchen, proper protein intake, adequate calories and the right nutrient balance will allow for muscle growth as well. On both fronts, consistency is key.
What should I be eating?
Every body is unique in its needs and macros! In addition, different goals will lead to different requirements in the kitchen. For example, want to put on muscle or mass? Are rest days important?
Yes! Well placed rest days are often as important as the workouts themselves! Your body needs time to absorb the stress it undergoes during training. One of the biggest mistakes we see in newer athletes is repeating the same workouts, every day, with no variation or recovery windows. We're here to help break this trend and help you build out smart schedules to achieve your goals!
